Previously referred to as a new blend of psycho funk, The Inverse Effect rocks audiences with their fast funk, melodic grooves and heavy solos. Their history playing together stretches many genres, originally playing in a reggae band back on the east coast. They soon landed on a fusion of funk and rock n' roll which led them to the west coast, and to the discovery of The Inverse Effect.

When they landed in Los Angeles, The Inverse Effect set their roots in Echo Park. Their newest project, an EP entitled "Angel City", is a collection of songs describing the trials and tribulations of newfound life in California. From busking on the streets of Venice Beach, to camping in the Angeles National Forest, their journey has only just begun.
